The Pain-free Performance Training System by Dr. John Rusin

We are proud to inform you that Dr. John Rusin will hold an event in Ljubljana, Slovenia at KinVital kinesiology centre on 29th and 30th of September 2018.

Short summary

In this course, Dr. Rusin will teach his blueprint to success with a hybrid approach to high performance training. From screening and assessment protocols to advanced coaching and programming methodology, this course will leave you with actionable systems to instantly implement with your clientele and clean up weak links in your program design and coaching from the ground up.

In depth evaluation and training applications will be focused around the two most common dysfunctional pain points in the active population, the lower back and shoulder.
