Functional training is meant for those, wanting to spice up their free time with a recreational programme under expert supervision. Trainings are mostly based on muscle toning exercises with the help of different equipment (TRX bands, resistance bands, weights …).
Goals
Our approach
Our approach is mostly based on building a personal relationship with our clients, which we are able to do due to small training groups. The combination of this approach and our kinesiological knowledge enables our programmes to be appropriate for absolute beginners and those that are well acquainted with strength training.
Healthy back training is less intensive and quite more relaxed, compared to our other training programmes. We focus on strengthening torso muscle groups, focus on coordination and learn how to control the muscles.

Our personal approach can be noticed in the client's progress and constant adaptation of training programmes according to the specific group's needs and wishes. We wish for the coach to get to know moving patterns of his clients and by that to have a rough overview of their lifestyle, which he can base the exercises and intensity on.
